Chatbot messages are transmitted to OpenAI for processing and response generation, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, or personally sensitive information through the chatbot unless you are comfortable with such processing.
The Services include an AI-powered chatbot that uses OpenAI's large language models to generate responses. These responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, educational, or medical advice.
You should not rely on AI-generated output as a substitute for professional judgment or independent verification. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on chatbot responses.
The Services are currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future, and any payment terms will be disclosed at that time.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material on our Services infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@playanoedu.com.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playano Education Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Playano Education Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on playanoedu.com. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
